Introducao:
The DM705-DSL2 interface card is equipped with 2 GSHDSL independent ports operating over 2 wires. It can manage remote modems (configuration, BERT and loop tests).
Caracteristicas:
- 2 independent 2Mbit/s interfaces per card.
- Range from 6,3km @ 192kbit/s to 3,6km @ 2048kbit/s over 0,4mm noiseless wires, operating over 2 wires.
- It allows remote equipment management, operating as a modem concentrator.
- It follows the G.GSHDSL (G.991.2 ITU-T), which is the most advanced standard for HDSL modems. It works over 2 or 4 wires* using RJ45 connectors.
- Codification type TC-PAM, guaranteeing spectral compatibility with other types of services like ADSL and ISDN. 15 to 20% higher range when compared to modems that use 2B1Q codification. Up to 45% higher bitrates when comparing same distances;
- Handshake according to G.994.1, allowing interoperability with 3rd party equipments;
- It can be configured to work as central or user equipment via management system;
- Local digital loop and standard test generation with error detector through management system commands;
- Can operate with CPU64 or CPU128.
