• Presents two ports, each one with three possible standards: V.35, V.36/V.11 or V.24/V.28;
• Connections can be done on two (02) female DB25 connectors; 
• Each interface operation rate can be configured from 64kbit/s up to 2048kbit/s in steps of 64kbit/s, independently. 
• Sub rate operation (1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200) with X.50 protocol as main link; 
• One E1 channel can be transferred into a data network with V.35 interfaces, using a frame structure according to G.704. 
• Allows structured operation with variable rates at port 1. To do so, V.35 rate must be at least 64kbit/s higher than the total amount of desired timeslots.  This feature makes it possible to connect a digital PBX into one E1 port using a V.35 or V.11 data network. 
• LEDs indicating each port status; 
• Local and remote digital loop activated by the control port;
• Standard test generator with error detector. Activated by the management system.
• It can operate with CPU64 or CPU128
